Best program to begin your Athlean journey

I started by watching the many Youtube videos that Jeff kindly shares at no cost but little by little I felt the need for a more day by day structured routine. I did not hesitate to pay for access to all the training programs offered in the Athlean portal. The brief intro quiz suggested AX-1 and I eagerly started. It was challenging but worth it. I saw my body becoming stronger with the diverse array of exercises that not only conditioned my body for more physical demands but also made me gained strength. In AX-1 you will do push and pull exercises that you have probably done many times but with the difference that you have a video of Jeff showing you proper form and technique. In addition you will do probably do some exercises that you have no knowledge off. The challenges are there to test your strength and resistance. Dont cheat…if you dont pass, start from day 1. I had to start over on my first 400 challenge try. To conclude, the program is well designed and totally worth it. My only feedback for improvement is the portal interface and the tracking system in some exercises does not give you the option for left and and right tracking.

Lives up to the promise .. and so much more!

This program genuinely rocks! .. I started off at a really basic level and fairly overweight. But with the AX1, I’ve genuinely become a better version of myself. I’ve had to repeat each month’s program twice since I fail the end of the month exam the first time I attempt it. But I genuinely get stronger by the next attempt. I’ve lost about 5 kilos and added 2-3 kilos of muscle. The visible changes are way more drastic than the numbers. I look great, feel great, stronger than ever been and I’m hooked to becoming my most athletic self. An honest review

I’d like to thank Jeff and his team for this wonderful program. My first exposure to Jeff workouts started during covid. During that period working outside was great, left me feeling energiezed and helped me with a sense of comfort and support. Since then, completing training camp 1 and 2 helped me accomplish my goals getting lean and building muscle. I love the challenges and the fact that I didn’t have to use lots of equipment to workout. Also the videos are very instructive and explained thoroughly. Moreover, I loved the option that was given to me, working indoors or outdoors. The large variety of exercises helped keeping me interested and motivated. Overall, I enjoyed the program and happy to recommend it to others.
