  1. I bought the AthLEAN-X program and think its amazing. how do i figure out the receipt number? I’d like to get this ab workout for free.

    Purchased your program…no longer have any receipt…..just all your PDFs. So how do I get your 6 pack cheat sheet.
    Assume I am not the only person that did not know we needed to save the receipt number for future updates you have.

    I would like a copy of the 6 Pack Abs Cheat Sheet advertised in Jeff\’\’s May 31 email. I purchased a copy of the AthleanX program on April 17, 2010.   5. Hi Athleanx.

    I just finished nine weeks and have three left. I have been taking creatine since I began the program and was wondering if I should stay on it for the duration to look my best by the end of the twelve weeks. What would you recommend in addition to the workout and this ab cheat sheet that I just requested a few minutes ago?

      I generally recommend that kids start working out on a complete program at the age of 15. A level of maturity has set in by then to allow them to handle the physical workload.

  7. Hi Jeff,
    I’ve already downloaded the sheet and I was wondering if you use the same squence techniques in your 12 week abs series? Btw, I’m already in week 5 of your program and really feel the intensity increasing but also fun and challenging. However, I noticed you don’t have a daily abs routine in the program though you always say it’s fine to train them 5 days a week. How come? keep up the good work thanks.

      Yes, you’re right. I have recommended though to everyone who starts the program to integrate my 12 Weeks to 6 Pack Abs series. It’s a 12 week long series that coincides with the 12
      weeks of AthLEAN-X. In general, the same sequencing is used….although for variation there is some difference. Keep up the great work! Looking forward to hearing yet another SuXXess

    hi jeff. i started your program and i am in week 3 now.i really like it and felt intensity and change after the first week itself.my question is will just following the 90 days of home gym workout help me get six packs or should i try the six pack cheat sheet alone or try both? waiting for your reply

      Sorry for the delay in getting back to this…I’ve been away from the blog for a bit! I always recommend the super six abs routine I put together or the Home Abs Workout Blitz that you can find on my youtube channel if you’re up for the “x”tra challenge of the 5-6 times per week ab work that I suggest! Go for it!

    Hi Jeff

    Im just finishing week 3 of Athlean x, and im impressed to see the difference in my arms shoulds legs and chest but it seems my abs arnt coming out. I weigh 160 pounds, im 17 years old and im 5’7. I’ve been substituting Tuesday n Thursdays conditioning days with your Conditioning and fat burning workouts from the Athlean X menu. Your program says its ok but i want to know if the results will be different doin the cone, ladder, running drills. Im not a big fan of those workouts so ive been substituting as i find these workouts such as the 10min challenge, and 300 workout fun and intense although to me they dont feel like ‘cardio.” I may not be far enough into Athlean X to see ab results but im just wondering if i continue what ive been doing will i see results on my abs?
