  1. Couldnt agree more, i know when i used to go out alot i would come back home and look at my body in the mirror and see a radical difference in my phyique. My muscles would be alot smaller, and would take days to get back to where they originally were.

    Now i refrain from drinking as much as possible, in order to not dissapoint myself and also to not make my work outs such a waste.
