WHOA!

Not sure what happened with that first upload! Got it fixed now though and here’s my original email below.

Believe me… I get it. There’s not enough hours in the day to train everything. But if you’re going to devote time to training your core… You better save some time for this incredibly overlooked muscle! I’m guilty of ignoring this myself. And because of that… My knees and back took a beating!
