I’ve just finished the 90 day ATHLEAN-X training program and wanted to share my results with anyone else interested in buying your program. I love the way your exercises combine compound movement but more importantly movement that is natural to the human body. I got a lot out of your meal planner and rather than following it by the book I started to learn how to choose the right foods for my meals. I’ve finally found a program that I can maintain long into the future without running the risk of injury like a lot of other muscle-building programs result in.
