Hi Jeff I have recently finished AX-1 and currently in AX-2 and would like to tell you that you guys are doing a great job. The three things I really love about the program are the diet, the leg workouts and the burst training. I had my MCL worked on two years ago and was looking for a way to strengthen it up without putting it in jeopardy again. Not being able to do a lot of running I really appreciate the burst training because I still am able to do it and get great results. I really look forward to the programs you guys are coming out with in the future. Keep up the great work.
