  2. Really helpful video. Remphasises the basic priniciple of calisthenics that you don’t really need any equipment to work out your body. I needed this reminder to stop giving myself excuses. Thanks 😀

    Just found your site. Trying to get back to workouts at 45 years of age and having MS, which limits certain movements. do u have suggestions on a rep range for various ecercises?
