    You have mentioned about people bulking up and later unable to get lean muscle. Can we have a video on that because along with me lot of my friends facing the same issue.

  2. Hello Jeff,

    I’ve been watching your video’s or quite some time and I really enjoy your approach to fitness.

    Someone identified that I have some very strong structural problems, and I’d love to hear your approach on how to fix this:

    I have what they say  “Kypthosis’
    They said I had:
    – Neck /head is slacking forward instead of staight
    – my lower back is straight but my upper back rounds forward
    – My shoulder blades are very far apart.
    – My shoulder blades are “Diagonal”  positioned instead of straight. (the bottom point is sticking out)

    What I do for training:
    – Pull ups
    – Chin ups
    – Horizontal pulls
    – Back squats
    – Deadlift
    – Standing overhead press
    – I play around on my set of rings with exercises such as the front tuck lever, back tuck lever, skin the cat etc.

    Another problem that I have is that I keep geting a lot of pressure on my head.

    As far as I know I breath good. (Take a deep breath in my lower belly, and keep everything conracted) however every exercise, my head turns bright red as if I train under high intensity, even if it’s something “light” as a normal push up.

    I would love to see some video’s explaining your view on how to fix these problems!

    Hi Jeff Cavaliere huge fan of your videos. I have problem with my lower back. When ever I do back extensions, deadlift, or even Squats with the barbell. My left side seems to be more active than my right side. Now my left side is way more developed and Ive been trying to fix it and I’ve been seeking ways to isolate my right side. Do you have ideas on how to correct it?
