I decided to shoot a video for this week to show you a way that you can overcome limitations in the weight of the dumbbells that you may be using.
I did this for 2 reasons…
1. I know that lots of guys following my ATHLEAN-X program are doing it at home, and don’t have access to a full rack of dumbbells from 5-95lbs!!
and
2. I know that most guys will mistakenly focus on just the AMOUNT OF WEIGHT that they are using to build muscle (big mistake!)
