I definitely have been consistently using the Vegan Pro30G over the past 6+ months, great taste (vanilla and chocolate versions). I do think the additional protein in my diet has made positive impacts on my muscle gains during that time. Many moons ago you all had a different protein that also combined some creatine with the protein and I do miss having that combo as I think that was a superior product to have packaged together. I also would like to have more natural ingredients in this (no chemicals or "natural' flavors, a big part of why I choose the vegan version is that there's less fluff in it).
I'm 63 and I do not eat much on a daily bases. By using Jeff's max shred diet and exercise plan as a guide and incorporating the PRO30G protein mix into my daily protein intake, my body fat has dropped 5% and my overall physical fitness has greatly improved. I still need to drop another 5% body fat to reach my Goal of 19% but I'm off to a good start.

Ive been using Pro30G for probably 5yrs now. Im 50ys old and have always been athletic but recently really starting to hit the weight room. I started out at 185lbd of skinny fat dad-bod.
