CON-CRET® Creatine HCL's main benefit is helping to build muscle faster and easier. This is thought to be due to an increase in the production and supply of ATP to working muscle cells. This also provides more energy to the muscles, helping to avoid lactic acid build-up and allowing for longer and more intense workouts.
CarnoSyn® Beta-Alanine Increases intramuscular concentrations of carnosine thereby increasing strength, power, endurance and recovery, thereby increasing athletic performance and muscle mass.
One of the best benefits of L-Citrulline DL-Malate is enhanced ATP production. This is needed by every living cell in the body and equates to higher energy levels. This is even more important for muscles which are engaged in heavy training or otherwise working. Increased ATP production also leads to the ability to train harder and recover faster.
One huge benefit of L-Tyrosine supplementation is that it can be useful for weight loss. It does this by improving some of the neurobiological disturbances typically caused by dietary restrictions. I've been using this for years and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. This gives a good boost for my workouts without the crash after. ice berry blast is the best flavor, imo. Watermelon and orange are also good The bomb pop flavor is ok, its basically lemon Fruit punch is nasty, stay away
I'm 1.72 m and weigh 78 kg. I took one scoop - long story short, I felt like Superman; the session was incredible, but after the workout, I couldn't calm down. Be cautious with the dosage - I should've taken just a quarter scoop.
The flavor is a bit strong but not bad. It really helps me get going and even though I usually take it around 3:30-4pm, it hasn't really affected my sleep.
I have only been using it for a week or so, but it does a pretty good job of getting you primed up. A word of caution though, it is very high in caffeine. I am a coffee drinker so it's not like I am super sensitive to caffeine. I would only use this if you workout in the morning. Other wise plan on being up late and not getting good sleep when you do finally fall asleep.
Started using this last fall (2024) and really improved my ability to push my workouts. I like the taste (fresh squeezed orange). I don't drink if I'm doing long running workouts because and can upset my digestive system, but if it is weights or other less intense cardio I'm good.
I wake up at 4:45 to workout every morning and this absolutely helps get me focused and ready for a great lift every single day. I am pretty sensitive to caffeine so I always scoop less then what the recommended line that the scooper shows (Around 1/3 of what a normal scoop is) and I find it works great for me. I really enjoy this pre workout, it helps me really focus and push myself on the last couple reps which we all know are the most important! I got the sour blue raspberry and it taste exactly like what I would expect/want it to taste like. Overall I found the pre-workout to be really good and don't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Athletes with sensitivities to these foods may wish to consult with their physician before taking this product.

If you find the taste too sweet or too intense simply mix in more water or use a smaller scoop until you strike the right balance for your needs.
The only ingredient that you may build a tolerance to is caffeine. People who consume large amounts of caffeine in their diet may want to increase the dosage to 1 and ½ scoops.
Additionally you can reduce your caffeine intake on non-training days.
We don’t recommend more than one serving of X-CITE per day because research shows that intake shouldn’t exceed 6 milligrams of caffeine per kg of body weight per day (about 400 milligrams for the average person).
It’s also worth noting that most of caffeine’s benefits are seen in the range of 200 to 400 milligrams per day so exceeding that would derive no additional benefits.
