If you have a gym membership, you’ll have everything you need to do the program. If you train at home, a barbell, pullup bar, bench, dumbbells, and resistance band are recommended.

Warrior is a multi-split program. Month 1 starts with an Upper-Lower split, month 2 features Push/Pull/Legs, and finally, month 3 is Total Body training.

Both! Warrior training focuses on hypertrophy but also has a heavy dose of performance training and strength training.

Yes! Like all ATHLEAN-X training, Warrior focuses on building muscle and getting stronger while also strengthening the muscles needed to keep you feeling good and moving well.

Warrior is recommended for intermediate to advanced athletes. If you’ve done any ATHLEAN-X program or have been lifting with weights for 6-12 months you should be capable of doing the workouts in Warrior.
