You don’t need anything whatsoever to complete XERO2 however if you have a pull up bar or are willing to use a few household items (stair case, door, table) you can unlock dozens more exercises and variety.
In general, all of these workouts can be completed in 45 minutes or less. Those at extremely advanced fitness levels may find they take just a bit longer to complete as they are more resilient to fatigue and can delay muscle failure.
Yes! Your muscles don’t know weight, they know tension, and you will be applying plenty of tension using only your bodyweight. Don’t be discouraged by those saying you HAVE to lift heavy weights to build muscle! XERO2 gives you 12 weeks of muscle building proof that you don’t need big weights to look, feel and move better!
Not at all. Just because it is a bodyweight program does not mean that it is designed for or even suitable for rank beginners. That said, it is scalable to challenge people from moderate to advanced levels of strength.

XERO2 builds off of the foundational work introduced in XERO. We recommend athletes start with XERO and progress into XERO2, however, you do not need to complete XERO to perform XERO2.
