AthLEAN-X TNT SERIES – FOCUSED EFFORT…UNCONTROLLED MUSCLE GROWTH!

targeted nuclear trainingNo matter how long and how hard you’ve been training for…it seems that we’ve all got that one or two (or maybe  even more) muscle groups that just DON’T respond to any type of workout or technique. Drop sets, supersets,  rest-pause, etc, etc.  You name it….you tried it.  And still no results to speak of.

Thankfully, a lot of you have found my AthLEAN-X Training System and discovered that the secret to building  pounds of fat free muscle like you see on the most elite athletes and celebrities is to train like them!

If you want to  get the body of an athlete you’ve got to train like one with explosive movements, muscle group integration, and  totally innovative exercises that challenge  your body (and your will) to push through to all new levels of fitness.

Still Got a Tough To Develop Muscle Group?

That said, even with that you STILL may find that that one lazy muscle group lags behind the rest of your  development. So I took this into consideration and said, “how can I help you guys overcome these muscle group  ruts once and for all?”

I went into the “X-BOX” and came up with my most intense workouts to date  (literally…too advanced for even my youtube stuff!) to not only target and zero in on these “refuse-to-respond”  muscle groups…but to annihilate them into explosive new growth.  Believe me…it was tough even making it  through the workouts during filming!

That said, after much time and lots of hours crafting the perfect “rut-busting” muscle group specific  workouts….the timer is ticking on the explosion of AthLEAN-X TNT (Targeted Nuclear Training) Series onto the scene!

These 30 minute max workouts are geared to do one thing….quickly pack on dense (but as always with  AthLEAN-X….fat free) muscle! Period.

Introducing Target Nuclear Training

It has taken me now almost 5 months to develop just the first two targeted workouts out of the 12 that I have planned in the series.  Based on your feedback…you guys have been dying to know how I can help you to blitz your biceps into almost unheard of growth at rates you haven’t seen since you first picked up weights (I’m talking about adding inches…plural!!) and how to chisel out a chest of granite (even if it looks flat right now!).

It’s just a matter of days now until you’ll be able to start using these exact workouts to surprise even your own genetics into growth you never thought was possible!

In the meantime…understand that these workouts are NOT meant to replace AthLEAN-X (or whatever workout you’re currently following).  Instead, they’re intended to X-Celerate your gains on the program.  As a matter of fact, if you’re trying to get your “slow-to-grow” muscle groups kick started, you often have to rely on the other muscles (through your non-targeted workouts) to “prime” the target muscle for it’s workout to make sure that you get nothing but raw new muscle growth.

Some of you may have already tried to do this on your own…and failed miserably.  I’m not surprised.  I’ve seen it countless times (sometimes even with my pro athletes before I started working with them). The reason is that if you’re going to add workouts to a system that is already working for you in an effort to put results on overdrive…you run the risk of overtraining.  Even the greatest workout program in the world can see its results be brought to a grinding halt with just a 3% swing towards training volume overload.

Don’t Risk Overtraining

Again, there’s NOTHING more effective than Targeted Muscle Group Training (when done correctly and done in conjunction with some sort of overall workout) when you’re trying to force non-responding muscles to respond.  The key is that they MUST be brief, they MUST be intense and they MUST be progressed from exercise to exercise in a specific sequence (so as NOT to tire out assistance muscles too soon in the workout) if they’re going to be effective.

I didn’t want you guys to have to try and figure out how to do this with a simple trial and error approach…so I did it for you.  As I said, I’ve been putting myself through the paces to design these workouts, and it’s literally taken me months to make sure I was 110% happy with the results.

The benefit?  You guys have been commenting on my youtube videos that I have looked bigger and more ripped than ever.  Well, now you get to not only have the curtain pulled back on WHY that is…but you get to copy the same workouts so you can get the same results.

Again, this AthLEAN-X TNT Series is in response to you…my loyal TEAM ATHLEAN asking for targeted workouts and it’s for those out there who have been following and loving the style of AthLEAN-X training but have been successfully following another program and wish they could just get a bigger chest, or bigger biceps, or more ripped abs, etc.  This is for all of YOU.  And it’s HERE NOW!

MASS CONSTRUXION is here.  Target Nuclear Training has exploded on the scene!

Stay Strong….and Stay Tuned for even more in the TNT Series!
