You probably know I’m a HUGE believer in the value of ab training. BUT! You may also know that I HATE basic planks and crunches. Why? They’re not truly hitting your core the way it is designed to be trained.
Oh… I’m NOT alone in this video as you can see. I have a couple buddies, the WWE Tag Team champions “The Bar” going through them with me. As you’ll quickly see there’s equal amounts “gut busting” and “ball busting” going on in this video (and you’ll be laughing right along). A good ab workout in and of itself!
