30 second workout test

Last week I touched on the difference between STRENGTH and ATHLETIC STRENGTH and how the training for each is vastly different…and produces drastically different looking physiques.

This week, I take it a step further… and up the ante even more, with yet another challenge I’m throwing down at YOU.

power test workoutNow you may understand how important power training is as one component of what pro athletes do to chisel out their bodies and dominate on the field…But did you know that there’s a way to apply power that even a lot of pros don’t know or train for that can SKYROCKET the gains you make in the gym?

60 Reps of ANYTHING is hard to do in 30 Seconds…But it can be done! In fact, if you can knock out 60 of what I show you in the video you should be ecstatic! Why? Because it means you have the potential to build even more lean, ripped muscle than maybe even you thought was possible.

IMPORTANT: Let me put it this way, EVERY athlete that I ever tested with this that got over 60 reps in 30 seconds was either already one of the fittest in training camp or was well on their way into becoming one of them (usually adding a few pounds of lean muscle in Spring Training alone!) once they started to workout in a way that capitalized on this strength!

All you need to do is TRAIN THE RIGHT WAY to bring it out of you! But that’s part II of the equation. First you’ve got to take the test,…then you can start training to apply this same explosive technique to every other muscle group (yes even your stubborn chest and arms) to get more results in a faster period of time…period.

60 in 30….that’s your challenge. If you get it (or fall just a little short) then your mind should shift quickly to just one set of numbers and nothing else and that is…X in 90!

That is how many pounds of muscle you can gain and fat you can lose in the next 90 days. With X-Plosive potential like what you’ve got all you need is the right program to pull it out of you. Thankfully that already exists.

Get Your ATHLEAN-Xplosive Training System!

In the meantime, good luck on the test above and as always have a great rest of the weekend!

STAY STRONG…

Jeff

PS. The question is simple. Can you do 60 in 30 (and if so…set yourself up for some serious untapped muscle growth)!
