    I really like your videos, I found them to incorporate a lot of my own views and beliefs. I understand you probably get a lot if questions but I was wondering if you knew anything about sports medicine and its different fields? If you do I would really like to talk to you about that.

    Hi Jeff
    Glad I found your video.
    I use the upright row and have recently experienced pain in one shoulder.
    I’d put it down to incline bench press but who knows.
    Will certainly start doing your modified upright row with dumbells.
