    I totally agree! I always hated phys ed at school and tried gyms a couple of times in my early 20’s and really hated them, but always had a nagging thought at the back of my mind that I wanted a better body. Fast forward 20 years and it’s like I’ve just woken up! All of a sudden I can be bothered and am loving the whole workout thing. For me, the thing is to not think about it too much – just ride the wave and see how far it takes me.

    I am pretty close to dre in age and I to have finally woke up and have decided to remake myself. I have spent many hours,weeks and years in the gym but unlit recently haven’t go the results I have now.

    • I also have an problem to see veiods on face book I have a Samsung tab but I didn’t see any movie or pics each time they ask get adobe flash player I install but its not working thx

    Its amazing to see dramatic transformations in individuals especially at a somewhat “late” age. In Ireland, where I am from, the attitude to exercise and fitness is improving but still very poor. Exercise and nutrition changed my life for the better. I went from a junk food consuming, beer chugging typical college style frat guy, to a sensible individual who can apply the principles of exercise and nutrition to all aspects of life. Thank you Jeff for giving people like me inspiration to take it to the next level.

  5. Damn. That is all i got to say. This may as well be my ‘spark’ to start again. I am only 17 and still have a lot of time. Before i had a workout going and it did not catch on. After the summer hit i had no routine therefore i forgot about the workout and left it behind in the dust. I do really want to start to workout to have my body in a somewhat good condition for my prime years when ill be doing a lot of stuff and were a lot of memories will be created.
