Who would have thought that you could work your entire core…by standing around! IT’S TRUE. As a matter of fact, it’s a technique that I sometimes work into my “rest” times between sets. Try it yourself here…

This builds perfectly off of the tip I gave you the other day about plugging up those “energy leaks” in all of your exercises. So not only will this make you stronger…But it will help you to etch in those abs and obliques even deeper provided your body fat is in check! Light your core on fire…by standing around!
