Just subscribed after researching this program and a few others. Watched Jeff’s youtube videos and felt like it would be a solid experience. Fingers crossed for solid gains! Only giving 4 stars as I haven’t seen how the program performs yet.

Objectives Achieved - Delivered As Promoted
The proof of the pudding is in the eating, and the AX1 programme delivered what it promoted. After just one month I was noticing improvements especially in relation to translating workout strength and flexibility to the sports field. The instructions are clear, the workouts are well planned and spaced out, and can be done by most people with minimal equipment. I recommend trying it out if you do want to improve your sports strength and fitness.

"Home Workout Pro" Wasn't Ready For This
As the owner –and repeat user– of SIX different BeachBody workout programs, I considered myself a “home workout pro.” I started back in 2007. The programs I have vary in intensity from insane HITT cardio, to body building, to varying degrees of body-weight training. I have a functional equipment set, dumbbells, barbells, ceiling-mounted pull up bar, etc. After a reconstructive foot surgery in 2017 and a year of rehab, I lost all gains. So, I started over slowly (had no choice). Once I started getting my fitness back, I decided it was time for something different. I had been watching Jeff’s YouTube videos for a couple of years before it dawned on me that I should try Athlean-X. “How hard could it be?” I asked myself. “I got this, I’m a home workout pro.” Mmm-hmm. This program was like, “Hold my beer.” I wasn’t ready to have muscles worked that hadn’t been worked before. I wasn’t ready for the kind of workout knowledge I gained from Athlean-X. I wasn’t even ready for the idea that I could do MORE than what I was used to. This program invites you to push yourself to your personal best limits; it is absolutely, hands-down the BEST home program available. If you think you know what you’re in for, you have no idea.
