good program with consistent results
Really good program and easy to follow.
I am about to finish the AX-1 program and I am overall quite satisfied with the process and the results achieved so far. The strongest point for me is to have a well structured program that guides me along the process, so I can comfortably follow instructions, without worrying about planning it myself, with all the decisions and doubts that would entail. My only concern is about the nutrition plan. I only wish it would give more possibilities for personalizing it. For example, the nutrition plan that the program proposes is too focused on supplements, and assumes that you will take supplements. It is not my case. Nevertheless, after all my achievements and knowledge acquired, I will for sure continue with the next programs.
First time use program
This program has developed my endurance, I began to recover faster between exercises. Regarding muscle development, I did not see any changes, and the scale shows the same result as before the start of the program, but I would like to note that I left the nutrition the same as before the program.

Best Shape of my life at 40+
I started this program a bit over weight and unable to complete most of the exercises. I had to repeat both the first and second months but the motivation to pass the challenges and seeing progress in the tracking of the exercises kept me going. I am now in the best shape of my life at 40+ and can’ wait to start AX-2.

Solid program that didn’t 100% align with my personal goals
I really enjoyed this program overall. I did not realize that there was going to be so many “athletic” exercises in the program but I learned to really appreciate them. I completely ruptured a ligament in my ankle 2 years ago and this program pushed me to regain balance and mobility in that ankle. I also feel like a I got a lot of my “wind” back. I was 160 when I started the program. I’m not 151. I did not follow the meal plan. I just created a deficit and made sure to get enough protein. I really enjoyed having a way to hold my self accountable by getting to check each work out as completed each day and I liked that I could track my progress on specific exercises. I also really enjoyed getting to see how I improved in the challenges. Overall I would recommend this program to someone who is looking to lose weight and gain more athleticism but now my goal is to put on more muscle and I don’t care as much about the conditioning. I’m interested to see if Jeff as a program that better fits that goal of mine. But I really trust that jeff knows his stuff and overall really enjoyed the program.
Program for everyone
Amazingly crafted program for any level of fitness including absolute beginner. Exercise patterns make sense and you can tell they were crafted by someone with a scientific background without spending excess time in the gym. Highly recommend it to anyone from fitness hobbyists to serious sports athletes. AthleanX forever!
