It’s pretty good, barely started but liking it so far
I’ve been Athlean-x on YouTube for quite a few years now but never made the choice to jump back into working out even though in my younger years I did quite a bit. My son asked me if him and I could start working out and Athlean-x was my first stop.. Jeff is very knowledgeable and definitely dedicated his life to providing customers/viewers with free help and information via YouTube. You can tell he has a passion for what he does and to help people become a better version of themselves. You can also tell its not just about money with him , He wants people to succeed in becoming healthier and he has put a lot of work in trying to do so. If you want the best in knowledgeable and passion Athlean-x should definitely be you first and last stop..Hats off to you Jeff!

An Investment Worth Making
I have always been hesitant about buying workout programs due to the overwhelming amount of free information available. However, the number of detailed videos makes this worth it. There is little stress involved when doing these and having Jeff coach makes it much easier to stick to. I’m 6 weeks in and loving every moment.
Really good program
I chose this program because I was following Jeff on YouTube for years and wanted to get rid of my “covid19-home-office-fat”. With Gyms closed I had only limited equipment, which made training a bit difficult and frustrating when I coudn’t do the exercises (I had only resistance bands and no dumbbells for half of the program) However, despite that I was able to see results quickly and feel a lot stronger and athletic now at the end of the program. I really liked the challenges, as they indicate whether your progress is good enough to proceed. (+ it was extra motivation to push myself) In terms of improvements I would like to have the option to show distances in the metric system. (I don’t know yards or inches …)
I’ve definitely gotten stronger and gained muscle through this program using methods I would not have thought of
