Great program to get serious on
Heart & Overall Health Improvement
I am experiencing arrhythmia caused by SVT before I started exercising. Since I started the AX1, my overall health improved and I never had an episode of palpitations again. This of course doesn’t have any medical proofs and is only based on my personal experience. Still, I would like to give credit to the program for laying everything out.
Great workout program for athletic people
This was a great program to get me back into physical shape safely and quickly. It also plays very well on my athletic nature, ability and interest.
Ax1 is the real deal
I’ve been through a lot of fitness programs, and AX1 is absolutely one of my favorite. After going through Xero and XeroII, I’ve come back to AX1 and found that it still has a lot to offer. My only criticism is that after finishing XeroII, AX1 is a bit too easy – I’ll probably regret saying that though, since the answer likely lies in AX2 next week! I can absolutely say, after finishing these three programs I’m in the best shape of my life. Thanks Jeff, really looking forward to the next one!

Great progressing workout
It’s a great workout program. It is a workout that builds on itself and gets harder as you progress. It’s a really good get in and get your workout done and get on with your day. A total body workout. The only thing I would like more guidance on is stretching. I know most stretching is based on needs but there are some stretches that can be incorporated into this program that would make it better.
A great tool when your workout stagnates
After seeing all the videos on youtube I wanted to try out one of the programs myself. While I have noticed some gains, the most important thing I have learned from the program is how my body reacts to different types of training. Its all about the long game and while I haven’t gotten where I wanted to be straight away, this program has show me a path to working out effectively and I can now see the road ahead of me. I have been shown when and how I can push myself to achieve my goals.
Easy to follow
This has been a great program. Even working shift work i have been able to follow along. Like any program, you get what you put in. I’ve noticed results and am very happy with the program.
