If you lift weights with your body severely out of alignment, all you are doing is strengthening poor posture and dysfunction. This leads to compensation elsewhere in the kinetic chain, and could also wind up in injury. I’m going show you an easy 4 step plan of attack for these to help give you a nice, tall, upright posture as soon as possible.
What’s up “Team Athlean“? I wanted to share one of the most important tips I can give you….since building more muscle is something I know interested in. The most shocking thing about this is that if I were to go into the gym today….. at least 9 out of 10 people would be doing the exact opposite of this!
First off everyone…I owe you a huge “THANK YOU!” You have helped to make AthLEAN-X the hottest training program online! As a matter of fact, when pitted against the top programs in the market the last 4 years…guess who was recently ranked as the “one to beat”? You got it. That said, I have been working hard on coming up with a way to back up my words and truly show my appreciation.
What’s up “Team AthLEAN“? Sure the obliques and sides are important because they are very visible and you can see them in the mirror. But you know what part is just as important to framing out the muscular physique? The part that you can see the least….the back and lats.
What’s up “Team AthLEAN”, We have all heard those wacky words that just don’t seem to make sense. Parkway (we don’t park there!) Speed Bump (we slow down when we go over them!) Fat Chance and Slim Chance (why do they mean the same thing?) LOVE HANDLES (Don’t we all HATE these things?!?)
