    Hi Jeff. I’m a member of your site and I’m also a Personal Trainer. I was wondering if you could help me with clearing up a point in my head as I’m seeing more people doing it. Doing a beny over reverse fly for the rear delt with palms facing each other is the standard grip. I see more people now doing it with a pronate grip wich means the shoulders has more internal rotation. What denefit does this have for the rear dealts over the palm facing grips? As you have mentioned that internal rotation of the shoulder is not good for impingement reasons?
