    Hello Jeff;
    I am Süleyman from Turkey. Firstly I want to thank you for your videos. I realy like them and think that they are very helpfull.
    When I tried to do that exercise I couldn’t thouch the wall with my finger at the starting position. After that I thought and found a way to do that. I lied on the floor and it worked. Doing that on the floor is ok? Could it help to fix the problem with my shoulder. Thans in advace.
    Bye…

  3. 1 year ago I suffered a complete pec tendon rupture. I was surgically re-attached and as far as I know fixed. During the process my shoulder went to crap and now I have shoulder pain in the back mainly scapula and traps. I don’t know how to get back to pain free like my other shoulder. I no longer do the bench press that put me in this place but overhead anything hurts. I don’t want to mess up my rotator cuff muscles but want to get stronger. Thanks cory

  4. I can’t even get my left elbow and hand against the wall. I’m slowly getting more and more pain and motion issues with my left shoulder. I already had my right shoulder fixed a few years ago (much worse…torn labrum) and I’m hoping I do not have to go through the same thing with my left. I’m going to try this exercise regularly and work on flexibility. Any additional advice or insight is appreciated…Thank you!

  5. Question, I have most of the time that popping or a grind in my loweer left back when laying flat on back doing certain ab excersizes. Do you have a fix like this for that area?

  6. Hey Jeff, I experience bicepes tendonitis pain with lateral raises and front raises. any good alternatives?

    TY very much, your videos are always useful. I’ve had impingment issues in both shoulders(poor posture combined with overuse of overhead exercises I think), and have had PT on both. It’s been a while though and need some exercise suggestions(in addition to this one) because I’m starting to feel some of the common pains associated with impingment. Any help is appreciated.

  8. Very nice tip. I have been researching how to get my shoulders in better shape and have compiled a bunch of information on my site. I will be sure to include some tips from here!

  9. some time ago you had a video on the rotator cuff…I save all your videos but cannot seem to find this one…it was excellent and helped me overcome a tennis injury rather quickly…if you have a link for the video I would appreciate your sending it to me..thanks in advance

  10. Jeff, what if I am dealing with a partly torn tendon? doing that exercise will help me?
