The greatest irony about ab training is… If you want to get fast results you have to slow down your ab exercises! Can you do all 15 reps of this? (Most Won’t)
I haven’t figured out the fastest fix for laryngitis!

P.S. Please don’t ever think that working out long is either necessary or a badge of honor. Most of the time, it’s just plain counterproductive. In ATHLEAN-X, I keep 95% of our workouts in the 20-45 minute range. Oh you’ll work your ass off in that time, but you’ll see even better results because of it.
