When it comes to getting ripped or shredded abs… You need to take advantages of what I call those “golden opportunities”.
This is a perfect way to do it (follow what I show you!) Concentrating on the ab exercises you do is worthless if you don’t do two things.
1. Nail your nutrition (but keep it simple) AND
2. Focus on how you put them together into a complete “fat shredding” ab workout.

Getting ripped (and staying ripped) is one of my biggest coaching strengths. Because I live it and breathe it. 365 days a year. I always say… You better be able to walk the walk if you want people to listen to you talk. Consider this video another example of this.
