The key to any long term success with nutrition is CONSISTENCY! This easy “non counting” method is something I personally use every day that keeps me locked in year after year.

I understand that nutrition is a touchy subject for some. For me, I appreciate and respect the individuality. Above all, however, is the need for simplicity and consistency.
