As you know…one of the things I do the most is I listen to you guys and try to give you what you want to see! After all…YOU are the reason I started this company in the first place and you are the reason it is quickly becoming the premier fitness company in the world.

That said…..One thing you said you’d like to see more of is BODYWEIGHT exercises you can do ANYWHERE that still deliver huge results!

As you may remember, I was in Chicago a couple weeks ago. While I was there I made it a point to meet up with “Jumping Jack” Cascio to see what NEW Xplosive Exercises he had up his sleeve!

You may remember Jack from his appearance in the “XBOX” a few months back. Jack is known as “The Vertical Jump King” (though his age makes him look more like a Prince…lol!) for good reason. He is a jumping fool that borders on “freak” status!

Well…I brought him on the “X” Show and challenged him to deliver yet again, wanting to see his most powerful bodyweight leg exercise he had. WATCH ABOVE to see if he lived up to the challenge.

In the meantime guys….looking forward to bringing you more cool bodyweight exercises that you can do literally anywhere (and don’t think I won’t prove that!)

Can you say “Hill Workout”?!? Just need grass and a slope for that one! (Stay Tuned)
