P.S. Talking about poorly written workouts. How’s this for an example? After reviewing an upper body workout for a very popular fitness program, I found all 180 reps in the workout internally rotated your shoulders!! Guess how many worked the external rotators to balance that out?


Yep. That’s bad, and yes…that’s unsophisticated commercial programming!
