This is the challenge that has everyone talking. One simple concept resulting in one hell of an intense workout. The Last One Standing pits you against your yourself. No clock to run out, no bell to sound as you move from exercise to exercise in attempt to stay in the challenge. Miss your goal and you get cut, push yourself to the limit and you get to continue on with the workout until you are the last one standing.
