The first problem with that statement is that they screw up the definition of “TARGET”! You can’t ISOLATE a specific region BUT…You can INFLUENCE a specific region.
Just one dumbbell is needed for this exercise! As a strength coach in pro sports we had an old saying. Believe none of what you see in the gym…and even less of what you’re told!
This is yet another example.
