As a young kid growing up in the 80’s and 90’s…I idolized Arnold. Not only was he the “cool” action hero in my favorite movies
BUT He was my early fitness inspiration. And in many ways…still is. Here’s 5 things I learned from him way back then I still apply today.
It all started with my “Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding” I got when I was 13.
25 years later…I got an updated version of it for Christmas that sparked this video. Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Workout Tips. How many of these did you copy too?
What started as a hobby for me. Became a passion. Became a career.
And Arnold was definitely one of the inspirations that got it all going!
STAY STRONG…
JEFF
P.S. I’m always humbled whenever I receive a hand written letter or email from someone telling me that I am their fitness inspiration. I take that responsibility seriously, and that drives me to be the best coach I can be.

P.P.S. Pay careful attention to the 5th and final thing I learned. It’s especially true around this time of the year and could be the difference in how you look in 2015.
