Finn Balor Ab Workout (RIPPED!)

Of all the WWE Superstars… Finn Balor is THE most shredded! Finn is the epitome of ATHLEAN. His attention to nutrition allows him to walk around 365 days a year with sub 7% body fat. His ability to move in the ring showcases his athleticism. His abs and midsection show no weaknesses or overlooked elements of his core training.

You guys said you wanted to see more these “behind the scenes” workouts… This was from last week when I caught up with Finn and fellow WWE superstar Curt Hawkins for a workout in Long Island.
