There’s no doubt that while pullups are the undisputed bodyweight exercise king… They can be damn hard!
How many reps can you do in a set?

This is likely what you need to work on to do more (or your first!)
Maybe you find chinups much easier than pullups. That’s a very common thing.
But I’ll tell you this… It’s not really about your biceps helping on the chinup but another muscle being too weak on the pullup!
