Tell me the truth, have you done lots of:
– Bench Presses
– Close Grip Bench Presses
– Tricep Pushdowns
And still find yourself saying… “I NEED BIGGER TRICEPS” If so, I’ve got you covered. Give these 2 exercises a shot! You likely have not performed these exercises for your triceps. AND… You probably have been banging away at exercises that work exactly opposite of what you thought you were doing. Fix both of those things with these two!
