A few weeks ago… I chose my 8 best dumbbell exercises of all time.
Today… It’s time to do the same for the barbell!
Here are my 8 best barbell exercises Barbells are great for two reasons.
1. They allow you to load up the bar and overload your muscles like nothing else. AND
2. They build what I call, “strength confidence” and total body coordination. Nothing more motivating than throwing on another plate!

As I did with the dumbbell exercises… I didn’t just choose 8 barbell movements and say, “here you go” without giving you a reason. That’s what “other” channels do. I give you the “what” and the “why”… Putting science back in strength as we always do here at A-X. Some you’ll recognize (and should) and some will be brand new to you. Give them a shot and have a great rest of your weekend my friend!
