If you scour the gyms of America you’re likely to find guys all over seeking something as if they were looking for the Holy Grail. Actually scratch that analogy… I think this one would be more valued if they actually were to find it! What is it you ask? It’s the secret to a bigger chest!

You may even be out there nodding your head as you read this because quite frankly…you’d kill for a bigger chest as well! Believe me, I know. I can remember as a 12 year old seeing Ravishing Rick Rude (former WWF wrestler and huge, ripped dude) on television on Saturday morning wrestling thinking to myself… man how the hell did he get that chest?!?

I’d look down at my nearly inward caving chest and think… I’ve got a LONG way to go before it looks like that! Who knew that guys could be just as concerned with being flat chested as a female!?!

The Quest For a Huge Chest

Anyway, I made it my mission to seek out anything and everything I could about how to build a bigger chest and fast! I followed the 25 set Dorian Yates Mr. Olympia Chest Blasts (not realizing at the time due to my naevity that he was using massive doses of steroids to get that way!) and found my results to be nowhere near what he was getting. In fact, I think I even got smaller following those 2 hour workout marathons!

I tried my hand at forced negatives and thought I had a strong enough partner to handle the spot for me…until he got distracted by the pretty lady walking by mid-set and wound up letting the bar come crashing down on my chest. The worst part about it besides the fact that my chest was now concave was the fact that I never did get a chance to check out what had him so distracted! My head was pinned to the bench!

Needless to say…I’ve been down the road of failure many times when it came to chest training. However, that said, the advantage of that is knowing you’ve found success when you stumble upon it.

The Greatest Chest Workout Ever

Well…with this month’s limited time X-Clusive Bonus (with your purchase of AthLEAN-X) I’ve found just that. I’ve found what I’m calling the GREATEST CHEST WORKOUT EVER! It’s my Unchained Chest Workout and it’s scientifically, hands down… the best method for building the biggest chest in the shortest time.

Here’s why: It incorporates what I call… Accelerative Variable Resistance or AVR. What the hell is that and what does it mean for you? Good question. Well, we know that variable resistance is important in keeping the muscles under optimal tension throughout a single rep (and you know how important I think it is to keep a muscle under tension for optimal muscle growth!).

So, if we could create a scenario where we could match resistance to strength levels at every point in the rep, we could really push the limits of our size response to our workouts. THIS WORKOUT DOES! Think about it. You get ready to do a set of bench presses and you throw on 225 lbs for instance. Well, whether you’re at the top of the rep or the bottom of the rep, you’re still lifting 225 lbs. With AVR it’s possible to push 225 lbs AND 265 lbs on the very same rep!!! Oh yeah, and this is without having to change the weight on the bar!

This workout will also allow you to train in a unique way for sports. I mentioned the term AVR before or Accelerative Variable Resistance. This is where the “accelerative” part comes in.  In order to achieve “POWER” in movement we need to have a speed component. Power after all is defined as Mass x Velocity or speed.

The area where it’s most crucial to be able to develop speed and power is at the amortization point of a movement.  What the F#&K did you just say Jeff?  Sorry about that guys… I was just giving you the technical term.  What it means is the point where the movement reverses direction.  So, if you were looking at the bench press for example, the amortization phase would be where you stop moving the bar down towards your chest and reverse direction to press the weight back up.  It is at this shift in time that you want to execute the change with acceleration and speed.

Do you think you could do this with a heavy weight  that limits you in the sticking point range (which by the way happens to be the same exact place in the rep!)? Highly unlikely. THIS WORKOUT ALLOWS YOU TO!

The Unchained Chest Workout

The “Unchained Chest Workout” allows you to maintain a high enough resistance to promote strength gains and to keep the “MASS” part of the Mass X Velocity equation high, while still allowing you to achieve velocity for added power. So whether you’re an athlete seeking explosive power, or a guy like me who was struggling to find an effective way to build a bigger chest… this X-Clusive workout holds the key to unlocking your struggles once and for all.

Break out of those chains that have been confining you to a smaller chest and learn the secrets that are based in science on how to build your UNCHAINED CHEST, included with your purchase of the Athlean-X All-Star Package!
