Each and every time I work out at the gym I have to shake my head when I see the line of people waiting to use the PEC DECK MACHINE!

Yep…people anxious to use the one machine that can etch out their inner pecs and increase it’s overall mass and width due to it’s ability to “put that extra stretch on the chest fibers” like no other option in the gym!

chest fly fallacyI’m not kidding… There is literally more traffic at this single machine than there is at even the smoothie bar! The problem is…it does NOTHING to help increase the stretch on the chest when compared to the normal bottom position of a bench press!

Think that dumbbell flys are any better? Nope! In fact, they may be worse and I’ll show you why.

I’ve said it a million times…most often, a lack of results in the gym is NOT from not training believe it or not. It’s from training the WRONG WAY with the WRONG EXERCISES!

Think about that for a second. Don’t you know a guy who doesn’t really work out at all, but seems to have a body that’s in better shape than yours even though you’re working out regularly and he’s not??

I think we all do…and I can tell you, your buddy’s “advantage” comes from the fact that even though he’s not working out that much, the key is that he’s at least NOT doing damage to his body by training incorrectly…Which is very well setting you back quite a bit in the results that you can achieve.

That said…it’s time to not only even the score but surpass him by not just working out, but working out the RIGHT WAY!

I promise you…it will open your eyes as you start seeing results faster than at any other time in your workout life and it will open the eyes of OTHERS as they admire what you are able to build in just 90 days!
