Out of all the exercises there are for your legs… THIS ONE IS BY FAR THE WORST for your lower back!
I know you probably think I’m going to say squats or maybe even deadlifts, BUT, it’s neither of those.
One final hint for you: it’s true that I don’t like leg extensions but this is not the exercise that I’m talking about.
Give this one a watch. You may have already been stung by this exercise and never knew why. Now you will.
