When poorly developed…
The lower chest/pecs can appear saggy.
But thanks to a little “PHYS-X” and anatomy, you have a bit more control over this than you might have thought!
Lower Pec Punisher Exercise (No More Saggy Chest!)
The pec major actually has three distinct heads.
– The clavicular (upper chest)
– The sternal (middle chest and biggest area)
– The abdominal (small area that outlines the inferior border of the chest)
See how to influence each area with one move!
Putting the science back in pec training in this one.
Breaking out the markers again to help make this very easy to see!
P.S. Pay attention to the details in this one. It’s these “small” things that others overlook that prevents them from creating workouts that work as fast and as much as ATHLEAN-X does. See that for yourself here…
P.P.S. Serious about your training and already taking supplements? It’s time to trade in yours for the exact stack trusted by today’s top professional athletes and their teams/organizations. Time to take your results to the “next level”.
