If you’ve kept up with the latest trends in training… You know how important mobility and flexibility are to the big picture. BUT How much is really needed? Find out in my new video here

This is definitely an answer that depends on the individual. BUT If you’re warmup is turning into a workout in and of itself… We’ve got to talk! The Mobility and Flexibility Overdose… And how to avoid it once and for all!

mobility-and-flexibility-overdose-ytYes…When you train like an athlete and take your training serious you worry about mobility. You should also care about your flexibility. But there is a proper amount. And there is such a thing as overkill.

Let me show you what I mean.

P.S. It’s actually my greatest strength as a coach to help you get the proper amount of strength training, conditioning and mobility/flexibility/prep work to produce the fastest results. Wasting time doing things you don’t need to be doing is…well…a waste!

Get my exact step by step plan for training like a pro athlete here

P.P.S. While we’re on the subject of wasting time and confusion can we talk about supplementation? Why the need for 10 different bottles of stuff? BCAA’s, protein, glutamine, creatine, etc. Get everything you need in just 3 bottles (exactly when you need them)

Simplify your supplementation with the Rx 1,2,3 step plan here
