This is definitely an answer that depends on the individual. BUT If you’re warmup is turning into a workout in and of itself… We’ve got to talk! The Mobility and Flexibility Overdose… And how to avoid it once and for all!

mobility-and-flexibility-overdose-ytYes…When you train like an athlete and take your training serious you worry about mobility. You should also care about your flexibility. But there is a proper amount. And there is such a thing as overkill.

Let me show you what I mean.
