    this video is great, it explains the chest muscle anatomy in an easy to understand manner and gives the viewer an easy bodyweight exercise routine to implement anytime. exactly what i need to ‘firm’ up my chest and rid those moobs!

  3. Having trouble activating my chest.. I feel my shoulders take over 97% of the time.. I’m getting so aggravated it makes me want to quit
